On 10 Sep 2016, The director of PDA have visited on draught at Seoung commune, Samroang district. At that time, he also provided 300 L of diesels for pumping the water to recue rice crop. On the afternnoon, he has visit on rice sowing for the 2 time after finish on early rice harvest at Basrey commmune, Angor Borei district, Takeo province.
