On 08-09 January 2018, Mr. Nget Sokunthea, director of the Office for Community Development and Associates, has trained on the business plan, Achievement Approach and Agricultural Marketing to leaders of small-scale farmer groups from three target districts: Prek Phsar, Sambo and Chitrakborey, with a total of 110 participants.
