On November 22, 2017, the Office of Agricultural Cooperative Promotion of Kompong Speu Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Address in Pongro village, Srang commune, Kong Pisey District, Kampong Speu Province. Chaired by Mr. Kim Vibol, Governor of Kong Pisey District, Mr. Chou Sarem chief of office of Agricultural Cooperative Promotion, Mr. Chea Rotha, Chief of Agricultural office of Kong Pisey District, and Mr. Oun Peng, Commune Chief. The General Assembly consisted of 46 people, 21 females.
