On 22-9-2017, the Provincial and District BFP Project Officers and CEW convened a discussion on drafting the statute, rules and regulations, the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committees of the Agricultural Community to vote and approve on the day of the first congressional assembly of the agricultural community at Dei Ket commune, Kien Svay district with 24 farmers and three women.
